"The room was nice and the inside was very beautiful. However, the customer service was poor. The hotels front desk associate was blatantly rude during check in and made a point to be critical of my partner and I. I don't expect anything other than basic niceties from associates and that was definitely not given. The associates were also on their phones at the desk and acted as though they were disturbed when asked simple questions about the hotel. Will not be staying at this location again."
