You first arrived in Pandaria on a burning airship falling through the fog. Sure, that was epic, but now your ride's gone! Your next visit will be more straightforward, now that a portal has opened in Orgrimmar.

Visit the Valley of Honor. This sub-zone is on the east side of Orgrimmar, with a large river through it.

Look for a red balloon. Look for a bright red hot air balloon floating above the Valley, just past the bridge from the city center.^[1]

Enter the portal to Honeydew Village. This portal is located directly below this balloon, next to the Pandaren monk trainer Ji Firepaw.

Confirm that you've completed the intro quest. If you've only visited Pandaria by using warlock summons or mage portals, the portal will not appear. Check your quest log or an Orgrimmar Warchief's Command Board for The Art of War quest. Once the quest line takes you to Pandaria, the portal in Orgrimmar will open.
- You must be level 85 or higher to start this quest.

Repeat the quest line after a faction change. If you've transferred from Alliance since your first visit to Pandaria, you'll have to repeat this quest from the Horde side. Start the quest chain with The Art of War quest, as described above.

Unlock the portal on a boosted character. If you purchased a character boost to level 90 or above, a bug may mark the first quest complete. Fly to the airship to the northwest of the docks instead to find the next quest in the chain.^[2]

How else can I get back if there is no longer a portal under the balloon in Orgrimmar?

Go to Dalaran and find the Windrunner's sanctuary. You will find four portals; one of them takes you to Pandaria.

On which docks am I supposed to find the airship? I am a level 103 DH.

As the article says, it's a portal in the Valley of Honor. If you haven't started the questline yet you are most likely to find an orc with it inside Grommash Hold in the Valley of Strength.

Once you get back to the Shrine of Two Moons, talk to an innkeeper to set your hearthstone here. The Shrine contains portals to most major Alliance cities, making it the most useful hearth location.

You must be level 85 to start the quest to reach Pandaria. A warlock or mage can summon you before then, but an under-leveled character may have trouble surviving.
